Our Mission
At Highland Massage and Bodywork, our mission is to help our clients connect to their own body and recover whether its from new injuries and issues or old ones. Alleviating pain and helping you move better is our priority.
We work on people of all walks and all types. Whether the goal is to set a new record, or feel better day to day. We would be honored to help you on your path there.
We aspire to offer a blended therapy to those who are in the world of horses and agriculture, and want to see you riding and communicating with your horse more effectively and comfortably.
If you're a horseman, we can help evaluate your seat to tailor a therapy response for you that will benefit the rider and horse by creating a more clear communication through your posture and seat.
If your horse companion is the one in need of healing touch, we offer Equine Massage and Bodywork where we come to your home, farm or ranch and help make your horse more comfortable and focused. Stiff retired ranch horses, or newly breaking colts, any horse can benefit immensely.
Our Services
We offer Licensed Massage Therapy and Bodywork at a single location in sessions of 60min, 90min, and 120min. Specializing in pain management and optimizing performance, we are conveniently located in the same building as Monarch Chiropractic next to Murdoch's in South Kalispell

Equine Massage and Bodywork is offered in 60min sessions and will consist of stretching, moving and massage as needed. We do farm, home or ranch calls exclusively
About the Practitioner and Team
Taylor Woodman LMT went to school for Massage Therapy in Kalispell, Montana and graduated in 2022. He went on to immediately join his wife Thea Woodman former LMT in taking clients with their own small business and is excellent in Deep Tissue and Therapeutic Bodywork. As more clients were interested in perfecting riding through their own healing and recovery, they realized that their passion in horses and helping people could intersect and Highland Massage and Bodywork was created from Highland Wellness and Strength. Their goal is to help people feel better, help horses feel better and work as a team to achieve that goal while inspiring their children to join them along the way.
